Reviews and Ratings
I had a generally positive stay at The Baxter Hostel, enjoying its excellent location near Waverly Station and the friendly staff who were warm and welcoming. However, the experience was slightly marred by noise issues within the hostel, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were also quite compact and could benefit from more options. Overall, I appreciated the ambiance and value for money, but some improvements could enhance the experience.
I had a pleasant stay at The Baxter Hostel, with a great location just a block from Waverley Station. The vibe was welcoming, and I found the staff friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom setup could use some improvement, as it was a bit cramped, and the communal areas sometimes felt crowded.
My stay at The Baxter Hostel was overall great. The location is fantastic, right near Waverly Station, making it easy to explore Edinburgh. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. However, the bathrooms could use more toilets and the dorms felt a bit cramped with three-tiered bunks, which made things a tad awkward at times.
My stay at The Baxter Hostel was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and always around to help, plus the complimentary breakfast was a solid perk that featured scrambled eggs and toast. However, the entrance to the hostel itself was a bit off-putting, and I found the common area too cramped, especially during busy times. Overall, it has potential but could definitely use some improvements.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at The Baxter Hostel. The location was fantastic, right in the center of Edinburgh, making it super easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable, but the bathrooms could really use some improvement. I found them a bit cramped and lacking in privacy, which was a downside. Overall, I appreciated the clean rooms and the cozy atmosphere, though some functional aspects missed the mark.
